“10 TRAITS OF WINNERS”

Here are 10 traits of winners:

  1. A winner says “Let’s find out!” A loser says “Nobody knows!”

  2. A winner makes commitments. A loser makes promises.

  3. A winner learns from their mistakes. A loser learns only not to make mistakes by not trying anything different.

  4. A winner listens. A loser just waits until it’s their turn to talk.

  5. A winner is sensitive to the atmosphere around them. A loser is sensitive only to their own feelings.

  6. A winner respects those who are superior to them. A loser resents those who are superior and tries to find kinks in their armor.

  7. A winner would rather be respected than liked, although they would prefer both. A loser would rather be liked than respected, and is even willing to pay the price of mild contempt for it.

  8. A winner takes a big problem and separates it into smaller parts, so that it can be more easily manipulated. A loser takes a lot of little problems and rolls them together until they are unsolvable.

  9. The winner feels responsible for more than their job. A loser says, “I only work here!”

  10. A winner explains, and a loser explains away.

“But He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me. That is why, for Christ’s sake, I delight in my weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong.” - 2 Corinthians 12:9-10
